I'm a busy mother of 2 teenagers and I don't give too much time for myself! I found going to the salon too costly and frankly I didn't have the time. I’ll admit it, 🙋🏻‍♀️I don’t brush my hair... ever. 😱
My hair was too crispy and breaking all the time, so I stopped using the blow dry brush and my regular brush. I only blow dry and run my fingers through.
I’ve always had kinky, frizzy hair.😒

Whhyyy did I wait so long to try the SENSEI FILE?!🤯 Thanks to aging and my dry skin, I had some really sad looking nails full of vertical ridges. (Yes I know I need to oil my nails more regularly 😬). Ok ... my thoughts on the Sensei File... Wow 🙌

Think of a rock before it goes in the rock tumbler to be polished... then you add the grit etc and it comes out beautiful and smooth and shiney... this is what this file did to my nails!

No pain or tenderness on nail beds, nails don't seem to have lost much thickness, though in areas (divot thumb picture) there is quite the difference, but nail still has strength like before...No heat either when filing like I experience with other files.

**Extreme nail biter for 30+ yrs as well 🙄**
