This all started because I have psoriasis and very dry skin. I hated the idea of continuously increasing the dose of medicated creams. I wanted something that is completely natural, with no fillers. After over a year of trying a combination of different ingredients, along with feedback from family and friends ( yes, I experimented on my family and friends). I wanted to share this with others.

Winter here in Canada is hard on the skin. This week the temperature will be -10 c. A mild winter 😬.

Our skin is the largest organ in our body. We try to eat healthy and stay hydrated, and when we do, it shows. It is also important to hydrate our skin and protect it from the elements.
