When I left oil and gas for aesthetics - in my mid 30's, I defiantly got some side-eye.

What do you mean I was leaving a guaranteed salary, benefits, bonuses, and a position title that I had worked so hard for?

Turns out I actually DIDN'T want to spend all my time working in a stressful environment, where everyone is truly replaceable. Missing important moments with my family. The only place I'm not replacement is at home with my family. So I chose us, and opened my "little aesthetics" business.

5 years later, my business revenue, growth and personal income is more than I could have imagined. Plus I truly enjoy what I do. Can you say the same?
