20 shuttle sprints @ 50ft
20 push ups
20 walking lunges
20 overhead press
20 jump squats
20 burpees
20 Deadlifts **use heavy grocery bags or weights it if you have them**

So when I found Zyia Active, not only does it fit my lifestyle but it allows me to work AROUND my demanding schedules while still pursuing my passions.

I am sorry that i have not had a chance to post in awhile..here is the thing...the thing is like many Canadians right now i am struggling financially and that is what is keeping me from being able to start offering you beautiful, strong ladies the best workout gear on the block! I am hoping within this next month ill be able to do this thank you all for your patience and for now i will keep posting about workouts and healthy snacks for you to do at home or the gym ill give two variations! Todays circuit is an outdoor body weight adventure!

Dynamic warm up:
2x 10 jumping jacks
2x 10 high knees
2x 5 inch worms

5 rounds:
30s sprint
10 burpees
10 sit ups
10 walking lunges

Rest 60s between sets

This past weekend I accomplished something that was mentally and physically taxing id be lying if i said i didn't want to quit! Hiked 30km up a mountain and slept in a tent when it was -2!!!
Tell me something that you did that challenged/pushed you to your limits :)
