Healthy Fascia = Better Movement ✨
Your fascia is more than connective tissue, it’s part of the incredible network that helps your body move, feel, and function as a whole.
Healthy fascia can support:
✨ Freedom of movement
✨ Better mobility & flexibility
✨ Body awareness
✨ Efficient movement patterns
✨ A greater sense of ease in your body
It’s not just about how your body looks.
It’s about how your body moves, feels, and performs every day.
Move well. Feel well. Take care of your fascia. 🤍
What does the first day of training in the Eléva Method really look like?
Where do we begin?
We start with theory , but not just memorizing anatomy.
We ask: Why does this technique work? What structures are we working with? How do the different systems of the body communicate and influence one another? And when should a technique be avoided or modified?
We dive into anatomy, lymphatic pathways, fascia, muscles and the different systems of the body to build a deeper understanding of what we are doing and, most importantly, why we are doing it.
But then comes the part where everything starts to make sense…
How do we take all of that knowledge and translate it into our hands?
We move into practice, working on models and practicing the techniques with one another. Our students don’t just watch a technique being demonstrated, they perform it, receive it and experience what the work actually feels like in their own bodies.
And why is that so important to me?
Because when you experience a technique as the receiver, you develop a completely different awareness of pressure, rhythm, direction, sensation and the body’s response.
So, what is the goal of the first day?
Not simply to teach you a sequence.
It’s to help you understand the body behind the technique, develop confidence in your hands, and begin to see the Eléva Method as more than a massage technique — but as a thoughtful, anatomical and therapeutic approach to working with the body.
Because at Eléva, we believe that understanding the body is just as important as learning how to work with it.
What if the tissue you’re working with is telling you something… but you don’t know how to read it? 👀
Fibrosis is more than just “tight tissue.”
What does fibrosis actually feel like inside the mouth?
How can you recognize it?
What causes it — and what factors make it worse?
Most importantly… how do we work with it effectively?
These are the questions we explore in depth during The Eléva Method Course.
✨ Understand the tissue.
✨ Learn to feel the difference.
✨ Develop a more precise approach.
✨ Transform the way you work with your patients.
And this is just one part of what you’ll learn inside The Eléva Method.

✨ Celebrating My Student’s Beautiful Work! ✨
I’m so excited to share the amazing results achieved by my student, Jennifer Vroon, on her patient after just one session of The Eléva Method! 👏✨
The changes are already beautifully noticeable:
✨ A less puffy, more refined-looking face
✨ Smoother facial lines
✨ More lifted-looking cheeks
✨ Significant improvement in the neck and chin area
These results are a wonderful example of what can be achieved with the right technique, precision, and dedication. 💫
Jennifer is a certified practitioner of The Eléva Method and is now offering this treatment in Edmonton.

I don’t only teach Clinical and Medical Aestheticians , I also teach Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) and Manual Osteopathic Therapists.
It’s amazing to see that even though RMTs and Manual Osteopaths already have extensive knowledge and hands-on skills when it comes to working with muscles and deeper structures, the Eléva Method can add another dimension to their practice.
Through the Eléva Method course, they can explore techniques focused on softer tissues and superficial structures, including buccal techniques, lymphatic work, myofascial release, and sculpting massage.
These techniques can help them develop a greater understanding of how to work with the face, neck, jaw, scalp and surrounding soft tissues in a more detailed and gentle way. They learn how different tissues respond to touch, pressure, movement and release — complementing the deeper manual techniques they already use in their professional practice.
For RMTs and Manual Osteopathic Therapists, it’s not about replacing what they already know. It’s about expanding their skill set, adding new perspectives and learning specialized techniques that can complement their existing knowledge of anatomy, fascia, muscles and manual therapy.
I love teaching professionals who already have a strong foundation and watching them discover how much more there is to learn when we shift our focus toward the softer tissues and the intricate structures of the face and neck.
✨ Behind the scenes of The Eléva Method Course ✨
In this 2-day training, my students dive deep into the art and science of facial sculpting through two powerful techniques:
🌿 Lymphatic work of the face — learning how to support healthy lymphatic flow and create a lighter, more refreshed appearance.
🤲 Myofascial release — learning how to work with the fascia and release tension throughout all the facial muscles.
This course is not just about learning techniques. It’s about understanding the face, developing a sensitive and educated touch, and creating results through intentional, precise movements.
I’m so proud to watch my students grow in confidence as they learn The Eléva Method. 🤍
Welcome to the journey of mastering the art of facial transformation.

✨ What is the Eléva Method?
The Eléva Method is a gentle, non-invasive facial sculpting treatment designed to help you look and feel more refreshed, lifted, and relaxed without needles or surgery. 🤍
It combines:
• Buccal massage to release deep facial and jaw tension
• Lymphatic drainage to help reduce puffiness
• Myofascial release to relax and restore facial muscles
It’s a beautiful treatment for anyone looking to improve facial definition, reduce puffiness, release jaw tension, or simply give their face a little extra love. ✨
Think: less tension, less puffiness, more definition and that fresh, lifted glow.
Your face holds so much tension — sometimes it deserves a little release too. 🤍

The Anatomy of Ease
What changes when the face can move freely?
🌟FLOW
Healthy fluid movement helps the face, neck and décolleté feel light, balanced and alive.
🌟GLIDE
Fascia is meant to move. Restriction changes how tissues move together.
🌟RELEASE
Muscles of the face and jaw carry the work of expression, tension and habit.
Nothing works in isolation.
Fluid. Fascia. Muscle. Movement.
The goal isn’t to force the face into something new.
The goal is to give it more room to move.
Three modalities. One integrated approach.
The Eléva Method.
Lymphatic Drainage + Myofascial Release + Buccal Massage.
