We are currently re-defining what “Being Well” means. We are under new management and currently re-branding. With this, we are looking for a radiant, cheerful, and resourceful person to join us as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).

What does this job entail? You will be the face of our brand – meeting and assisting clients with their wellness journey. You will be preforming Massage Therapy Treatments based on our protocols.

Position

- Massage Therapy – 2200 Hours Minimum and be in good standing with a registered association.

o Apply suitable techniques for treatment including but not limited to soft-tissue manipulation, relaxation techniques, manual pressure to specific points of the body, myofascial release, Triggerpoint therapy, joint mobilizations, cupping, hot stone therapy, and aromatherapy at minimum.

o Give suitable home-care suggestions based on client needs such as stretching, strengthening exercises, relaxation, and rehabilitative exercises.

- Team – We are a team who depends on each other for our support, problem solving, and communication skills. We are in this together and help each other to achieve the upmost success.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years in a position preforming RMT treatments.

- Quick learner with the ability to problem solve under minimum supervision.

- Able to communicate and empathize with clients needs.

- Must have a passion for wellness.

What does this job entail? You will be the face of our brand – meeting, greeting, and assisting clients with their wellness journey, as well as leading our Front-End team. You will handle all customer service-related matters, administration duties, and scheduling. At Prema, we lead without ego and with empathy and kindness.

Position

- Scheduling – Booking, cancellations, rescheduling via the phone, email or in person using our software system (Mindbody/Booker/Jane experience is an asset). You will also assist the Spa Manager with employee scheduling as required.

- Training – You will train all staff on policies and procedures, software systems, spa etiquette, and sales techniques (Needs-Based Sales).

- Insurance – Understanding and running clients health benefits insurance and sending receipts. Checking this on a regular basis to see where further training is required.

- Team – We are a team who depends on each other for our support, problem solving, and communication skills. We are in this together and help each other to achieve the upmost success.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years in a position involving scheduling appointments.

- Quick learner with the ability to problem solve under minimum supervision.

- Superior attention to detail with a strong computer competency.
