2020 brought lots of challenges and its fair share of stress so now that we're in a new year its a good idea to add in a little more self-care. I hope everyone stays safe and healthy!

The province has mandated that massage businesses close starting Sunday December 13th until at least January 12th 2021. This is challenging but I believe it is for the best. I have hope that we will get through this and look forward to seeing my clients again in the new year. Stay safe and stay well.
