How do you know the essential oils you are using are pure, unadulterated?
One test you can try, put a few drops of the EO you want to test in a gel capsule and put it into the freezer for 2 nights. If it freezes, it’s a good indication that oil has fillers and isn’t 100% pure. Keep in mind that if the filler used was oil based, this won’t be a perfect test but can eliminate many.
You can also do the paper test however this isn’t always accurate because of the varying distillations processes, especially with citrus oils.
You can look up the paper test as Gary Young did speak of this on a few occasions. I will put in the comments what he had to say.
