✨throwback Thursday and some food for thought✨

This is me 35 years ago…I still feel the same on the inside , but my body is aging. I will NEVER look like this again and I am 100% fine with this concept. My body is evolving with the life I am living and the life choices I am making. I am proud of my body and what it has gotten me through in the last 35 years.

As humans we are constantly bombarded by images of perfect bodies and skin that are just not reality. They have been computor enhanced and not life enhanced.

I see a lot of striving for perfection in my business which is not attainable or healthy. It causes a lot of anxiety and unnecessary unhappiness. Let’s wake up and try to feel profound happiness of where we have landed on this day, with all our lines and jiggly bits where they were not before.

Today we are alive and on the right side of the grass as my Grandmother would say, now that is something to celebrate 🥂
