Booking Appointments
To secure your preferred appointment dates and times, I suggest you book at least two to three weeks in advance. Cancellations
As your service is a custom experience and that time is reserved just for you, I ask for 24 business hours’ notice to cancel or move your appointment. Arrival
As your appointment is time sensitive, please arrive on time. Late arrivals will result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment with applicable fees. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to fill out or update a consultation form. Studio Environment
I want you to feel at home in my studio, however, I respectfully ask that you refrain from using your cell phone or other devices during your service. I require access to both of your hands during your service and using your hands to operate your phone or other devices may cause issues with your nails. I am dedicated to providing a warm and inclusive space for all of my clients, therefore I stand firm on my diversity policy. I have a zero tolerance policy for racism, sexism, misogyny, Homophobia, Transphobia, xenophobia, Islamophobia, etc. Any such conversation during any service will result in the immediate conclusion of your service, and your termination as a client. I also have a smoke and vape-free facility. Children
As much as we all love our children, this time has been reserved just for you. Please make arrangements for outside childcare while you are at your appointment. My studio is equipped with chemicals, expensive equipment and small objects that make it a dangerous place for children. Payment Options
I accept e-transfers and cash. Prices listed are in Canadian dollars and do not include GST. Repair Policy
I want you to love your nails. If there is a problem with them please call, text or email me describing the issue. If your nail breaks please email or text me a photo of the break so that I may assess the damage and book an appropriate amount of time to fix it for you. Charges may apply. Health Information
I ask that all clients complete a client consultation card, it is important for your health and safety that the information you provide is complete and accurate. This information is confidential and is only viewed by me as your service provider. It is important to inform me of any medications, medical conditions and allergies in order to provide you with the best and safest service possible. Gratuities
Gratuities are greatly appreciated at your discretion.
