🎄First Sunday of Advent🎄
Today we light the first candle – the candle of hope.
And as it shines, I’m reminded that hope is not something “out there.” It lives within us… in our bodies, in our breath, in our hearts that always remember how to rise again, inhale deeply, and move forward.
In my holistic view, Advent is a beautiful season of returning to oneself.
A time to slow down, and listen to what our body and soul are whispering.
What they need.
What they long for.
And what they no longer wish to carry into the days ahead.
Sometimes all it takes is a small spark a conscious breath, a few moments of stillness, a touch of gratitude… and our entire inner world begins to shift.
The body softens.
The mind clears.
The soul exhales.
May today’s first candle remind you that hope is not fragile.
It is patient.
And it waits for you every time you choose to pause and turn inward toward your own light.
Wishing you a peaceful, heart-centered Advent filled with clarity, warmth, and the gentle miracles that appear when we allow ourselves to slow down.
