Cancellation Policy Update
I truly value you and your time. To ensure the best experience for everyone, I have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation
I kindly ask for at least 72-48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before appointment time may result in a 50% charge for the cancelled appointment service fee.

Rescheduling
I also will ask that you provide 48 hours notice to reschedule an appointment.


Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice may result in a $40 rescheduling fee, payable before booking your next apt.

No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the service fee for the scheduled appointment.

I understand that emergencies and “life” happens. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate and work with you to find a solution.

Hormonal hair changes happen during different stages in life most of us have experienced this at one time or another. This client experienced a change in curl pattern in the middle of her hair strand and with time and lots of patience some creative shaping cutting and styling we have finally gotten her back to a fairly consistent curl pattern root to ends!
