Stretching can help increase energy levels by improving blood flow, releasing tension, and promoting a sense of alertness. Here is 1 of 5 stretches that can help boost your energy:

1. Standing Forward Bend (Uttanasana):

- Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
- Bend forward from your hips, allowing your upper body to hang loosely.
- Let your head and neck relax.
- Hold onto opposite elbows or rest your hands on the floor or your shins.
- Take deep breaths and feel the stretch in the back of your legs and spine.
- Hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
