3 things you’re doing wrong when it comes to your hair when you go to sleep:

1: Going to bed with wet hair. Your hair is most fragile when it’s wet, and when we sleep/ move our heads on our pillows, we’re causing friction to our hair, and when it’s wet, it’s extra likely to get damaged!

2: Going to bed with your hair in a tight bun. Don’t get me wrong, I love a bun as much as the next girl, but instead of a tight bun, try sleeping with your hair in a loose pony tail or braid.

3: You’re not sleeping on a silk pillowcase. These can take some getting used to as they’re more slippery than a traditional pillow case, but they cause less friction and less damage to your hair as you sleep!

• I live to travel. Growing up I was so lucky to have parents who loved to travel and instilled that passion in me. (Might be cheesy, but like the world is SO cool and I’m so lucky to get to explore it)

I have the most precious boyfriend in the whole world and I truly couldn’t be luckier
