Recovery is what happens over time when the body is supported consistently.
That’s when movement improves, flare-ups become less frequent, and tension doesn’t return as quickly.
Massage can offer immediate relief, but ongoing care helps the body adapt to daily demands.

Treat your staff to a 20 minute vacation with onsite chair massage. We bring the spa to you.

We can either charge a flat rate, if the company is paying, or we can give receipts for each client if they are paying themselves. Email [email protected] for more information.

We are often turning away clients on a weekend, because we are at capacity. Please try to book in advance to ensure you get the day/time that you want.
