When cleaning your lashes, be sure to use a foaming, oil free cleanser and a tip or mascara brush to get in and around all your gorgeous extensions! The buildup on the last line can cause irritation and block the hair follicles for new growth. Tap your potions and lotions in to the skin at least 1hour before bed so your extensions aren't sitting on fresh oils while you sleep!

COFFEE ON THE GO ☕️

I travel a lot for work and play, Amen! That alone is often enough to lose your normal go flow. Add in disturbed sleep patterns, not always optimal food fuel and alcohol, yikes!

I always have my Bulletproof Gut Collagen packed to keep me on track and my tummy happy and MCT oil in one form or another to help with jetlag, brain fog and metabolic kickstart in the mornings so I'm not craving all the things for breakfast.

Well I did it... I officially “sold out” to what seems like an endless flow of DMs to rep products and join pyramid marketing companies.
