5 YEARS⭐💜
Today marks five years since I opened my first independent studio! I had no idea if this was going to work or for how long I would be able to sustain it. I was so scared to quit my job. I didn't know if my clients would follow me. I didn't know if I'd be able to get be clients to come in and continue to want to see me. I took a huge leap of faith.... And it's been one of the best decisions I ever made for my career and my family.

Being self employed and working at .salon.studios has allowed me the freedom to set my own schedule, work as much or as little as I want. It's allowed me to take time off to travel no questions asked. Time at home with my family. And time at home with my son.

I've been able to grow my business and my clientele into something I'm so in love with. I've molded my job into something that works for me and that I love doing.

Thank you to all of my amazing clients. This is 100% possible because of you. Thank you for your support and trust.

If you're new here...Welcome💕 I'm Christine... Owner/Independent stylist at Christine Rhea Hair. A few things about my business:
- I work out of a private studio at .salon.studios and have been with them for almost 5 years! I opened my first studio at their Mission location in 2017, and then moved to Marda Loop location in 2020.
- I've been a licensed, red seal journeyman stylist since 2009
- I started my hair journey at the age of 15 with my first cosmetology class in high school
- I'm a full service stylist offering haircuts, color, highlighting/balayage, extensions, bridal/formal work, plus much more!
- I've been working in the wedding industry for over 10 years and love styling hair for weddings
- Outside of doing hair I love watching movies and trashy tv shows, going hiking and exploring the mountains, and spending time with friends and family
- I'm a new mom to my 9 month old son Hayden and a dog mom to my doodle Charlie 🐾

Happy New Years Eve everyone! As another year comes to an end, I just wanted to take a moment to thank all of my wonderful clients. Your support is so amazing. Especially during these uncertain times. Allowing me to take a step back this year to be home with my son. It means the world to me! I can't wait to see what 2022 will bring for my little studio! Hoping to be able to spend a little more time at the studio and excited for all the 2022 weddings!
