Hey Lethbridge! This will be our last class of the year. If you're in town, don't miss this opportunity for a free class in the park, led by Courtney. Stay tuned to our page and website (familyties.ca) for news about free yoga programming in the future.

Thank you to all who have supported this community ❤️❤️

Availability this Saturday and Sunday:)

Come to our free yoga class this Wednesday in the park. It will be hot, so bring your water, and we will find a shady spot for your practice. Heidi will lead us this week for a gentle flow incorporating back bends.
Hope to see you there!

Join us tomorrow in the park. Heidi will lead us in a class inspired by the 4 directions. Mats are provided and everyone is welcome!
