Wow! When did get so handsome?

Nothing will be handed to you.
It takes constant discipline to maintain a lifestyle.
You don't train for 90 days and stop.
Short term goals and short term challenges. Things like cleanses and crash diets, will only lead you to being the victim of the billion dollar marketing strategy.
Health is simple, you just need to exercise regularly, no matter what happens.
Eat nutritional foods, simple foods, not processed packaged foods will loaded poison hidden inside as preservative.
Your problem is psychological, you want the easy road. And you'll die on that road, while never accomplishing the goal you made.
Because hard work, discipline and consistency to your body and mind will be the foundation of everything else in life.
If you won't care about yourself, who will?

Mobility is absolutely foundational.
Many of us start training our bodies, before they are even capable of the movements in full range.
You'll achieve your goals faster, by separating your ego from training program.
Slow down, it's not a race, and start with learning the techniques, the proper full range of motion.
After all that, start adding resistance into the movements.

After class, I download the recording, edit and render it, then upload it to vimeo.
Once it's optimized on vimeo, and then add it to the website.
โThis entire process takes only about 2 hours, thanks to the amazing modern technology and software. ๐ช๐๐

Martial arts has always been a passion in my life. The lessons you learn, the discipline you gain and the abilities you absorb all translate into every other aspect of your life.
The daily "failures" become a normal part of training, where you begin to understand the word "failure" all together is incorrect. Every single time I do something wrong, I am one step closer to mastering that ability.
This life we live will undoubtedly challenge you, you'll have some days that break you, you'll have weeks, months, years that just feel like you are trapped in a state of constant pain. We CAN NOT avoid this reality.
All we can do, is train ourselves on a consistent basis, to be strong enough to endure this reality.
This is why daily challenge from exercise is vital. You'll challenge your mental fortitude when you push new limits physically.
Lift weights and tell yourself. "I can do anything I work towards". Test the limits of your possibilities and strive towards a goal. This routine will make you stronger than you ever realized.
