Stop worrying about how fast the weight comes off & start paying attention to the habits you’re building while it does.
Because when the weight comes off quickly, but you haven’t learned how to fuel your body, build muscle, manage stress, or stay consistent… it usually comes back.
The people who keep the weight off aren’t the ones who found the fastest diet.
They’re the ones who learned how to:
• Eat enough to support their body.
• Prioritize protein.
• Lift weights.
• Move their body consistently.
• Sleep better.
• Get back on track after an “off” day instead of giving up.
Those habits don’t just help you lose weight.
They give you energy.
They help you stay strong.
They let you keep up with your kids and grandkids.
They make you more independent as you get older.
Weight loss is the outcome.
The habits are the real win.
So instead of asking, “Why isn’t the scale moving faster?”
Ask yourself, “Am I becoming the kind of person who won’t need to start over six months from now?”

Turn out, freedom was the thing I was looking for.
There was a time when I thought happiness would come after I reached a certain weight. It felt like confidence lived in a number on the scale.
Looking back I realize that I was chasing freedom.
Freedoms to move. Enjoy food. Wake up feeling good. And the freedom to love your body instead of criticizing it.
Lately I feel rich. Not because things are perfect. But because I’ve built a life that lets me move, laugh, love, eat, work with incredible people, spend time with my dogs, and wake up excited for another day.
That’s the kind of wealth I hope and want every person to experience and live with. This is what you should expect me to talk about if you decide to work with me.
Some of the strongest people I know have spent years telling themselves...
“I’m just getting older.”
And yes, aging can bring changes.
But before we blame our age, let’s ask a few honest questions.
✨ Are you eating enough to fuel your body?
✨ Are you building muscle?
✨ Are you moving consistently?
✨ Are you sleeping enough?
✨ Are you constantly running on stress and caffeine?
I can’t tell you how many women I’ve worked with who felt like they had “no energy”—only to realize they were unintentionally under-fuelling themselves and expecting their body to perform anyway.
Your body isn’t asking for less food.
It’s asking for the nutrients, movement, recovery, and consistency it needs to thrive.
Don’t accept feeling exhausted as something you simply have to live with.
Sometimes the biggest change doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from giving your body what it’s been missing all along. 💛
Have you ever caught yourself saying, “I guess I’m just getting older”? Because I know I have 😝
Some days you feel unstoppable.
Other days... everything just feels a little “meh.”
Less energy.
Less motivation.
Maybe you’re bloated.
Maybe your workout feels heavier than usual.
Maybe nothing feels quite right.
That doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It doesn’t mean you’ve lost progress.
It doesn’t mean you need to change the plan.
It means you’re human.
I’ve learned to stop expecting myself to feel my best every single day. Instead, I focus on showing up the best I can with what I have.
Some workouts build strength — Some workouts build discipline.
Both are worth showing up for.
🤍 Give yourself permission to have an “average” day without convincing yourself you’re off track.

It’s not just about the “perfect” Monday.
I make decisions on the weekend that make Monday easier.
For me, that looked like taking a full day off so I can train hard this week—not because I have to earn rest, but because recovery is part of the plan.
It looked like making extra dinner so tomorrow’s meal is already taken care of.
It looked like getting groceries and making sure I have protein ready to go because I know life gets busy.
None of those things are glamorous.
But consistency rarely is.
The life, health, and confidence you want are built in these quiet moments—the ones no one else sees.
So here’s your Sunday reminder:
Don’t just prepare for Monday — Prepare/act like that person you want to be.
💬 What’s one thing you’re doing today that will make this week easier?
Reminder that showing up 3 days a week consistently is going to get you further than 7 days all out then quitting after 2 weeks or a month cuz you can’t keep it up.

Really understanding these things would have saved me many tough years. But I am a better coach because of them.
I want you to know that:
It’s not always about needing to eat less.
Spending hours doing cardio.
Or being as light as possible on the scale determines whether you’re “doing well.”
I needed to learn how to fuel my body, build muscle, move consistently, and stop chasing quick fixes.
Because feeling good in your body is long term is —
Having energy when you wake up.
Feeling strong enough to carry your groceries without thinking twice.
Feeling confident walking into a room.
Knowing you’re taking care of the only body you’ll ever have.
If you’re just starting, don’t overcomplicate it.
Master the basics.
They’ll take you further than any fad diet ever will.
Tell me, is there one of these that you’re really struggling with?👇
Stop waiting until you’re perfect.
Because I’m certainly not expecting you to be.
Life is going to happen. Some weeks you’ll feel unstoppable. Other weeks you’ll be exhausted, overwhelmed, stressed, or just trying to keep your head above water.
That doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
It means you’re human.
So stop waiting until you’re “ready.”
Just start where you are.
I’ll meet you there. 🤍

Stronger doesn’t come with more motivation. You’re not lacking what another woman has.
That person you want to be…
She gets up when she doesn’t feel like it.
She makes breakfast and eats it when skipping would have been easier.
Makes the choice to show up to that gym when insecure thoughts are running rampant.
She speaks up and asks questions.
None of these feel like huge moments.
But every single choice is another tally for who you want to be.
So get going lady - I’ve got your back.
