A description of the World Tree by C. Mikkal Smith. In the shamanic worldview, the world tree connects together the upper, lower, and middle worlds (and all the levels found within those worlds).
The world tree can also be understood as “the-human nervous-system-as-doorway” from which we can access consciousness from other dimensions, or through which we can visit other dimensions with our own consciousness.
It is apparently a perennial and archaic image/symbol/system/reality that has existed in the collective unconscious for millennia.

Aleksandr Gabyshev is a shaman from the Buryatia region of Siberia. He previously began a solo march from his home in Buryatia to the capital in Moscow, to expel Putin from power. He has had many supporters along the way.
He is now on trial for dissent against the Russian state and Vladimir Putin. The state labeled him “mentally unfit” and “a danger to the public.” The state is recommending forced treatment at a psychiatric facility.

Aleksandr Gabyshev, and Yakutsk Shaman, taking on Authoritarianism and injustice in Russian. He was recently detained, again, and denied evaluation by 3rd party mental health professionals before being mandated to a psychiatric facility for alleged “overestimation of personality.”
The Russian govt’s behaviour in this case sparks reminders of soviet era attempts to silence all dissenting voices within the population.

Aleksandr Gabyshev is a Yakut Shaman being held illegally in a psychiatric hospital in Russian. He has advocated for the removal of Vladimir Putin form power. He walked more than 2000kms from his home in the Yakutsk region in Siberia toward Moscow. But he was detained and sent back home by Russian authorities. Apparently the Kremlin was feeling threatened by this humble man and his drum. What answers come, when we ask ourselves the question "who am I?" Notice what the answers are and delve deeper into them. For each of the answers, ask "is that true" and "can I ultimately know that is true?"
For me, the asking happens discreetly, inside. There is an earnest searching. And what comes from this discreet and earnest searching inside is the non-answer to which the Buddha, and other awakened men/women/two-spirit/trans beings, fell into. This earnest and discreet, and sensitive, inquiry is a falling between worlds AND a merging with that which has never been separate.
