A good question to ask ourselves, especially when life feels difficult or when we're not feeling our best, is: What Truly Matters?

I find that in those difficult moments, slowing down and finding a little time for ourselves can do wonders. It can help us simplify life and gain some perspective on what matters most.

A human being doesn't need a lot to be at peace and feel a sense of well-being.
