Friday April 4th @7:30pm- 9pm, myself and Pam Groulx, fellow Holistic Nutrition Consultant, will be hosting an in person gathering where we will be speaking on Peri-menopause/menopause and the role our microbiome can play in this phase of life .

We’ll be speaking about certain foods and the roles they play, how they contribute to alleviating or aggravating your symptoms, lifestyle habits and strategies, and some key nutritional supports that you may benefit from.
