The habits stay the same. The circle stays the same. So the results stay the same too. Simple math, not bad luck.

Your mind runs on repetition. Whatever you did yesterday, it's wired to repeat today, automatically, before you've consciously decided anything. Which means a better life almost never arrives through willpower alone. It arrives through actually changing the inputs.
