Your core training shouldn’t just be crunches and sit-ups.

Your core’s real job is to stabilize, resist rotation, and transfer force efficiently—especially during sport and daily movement.

The Pallof press is one of the best exercises for exactly that.

Instead of bending or twisting, you’re training your body to stay strong and controlled under resistance.

💥 Great for athletes in:
Golf ⛳
Hockey 🏒
Baseball ⚾
Tennis 🎾
Running 🏃

This exercise helps build:
✔ Core stability
✔ Spinal control
✔ Injury resilience
✔ Better force transfer in sport
