Your massage shouldn't cause you pain! Pain does not equal healing, and treatment doesn't need to be uncomfortable in order to be effective.

Communicate with your practitioner if something hurts before or during your session. Don't be shy to ask your therapist to adjust the pressure according to your likes and needs.

✨Meet our newest Advanced Massage Therapist at Radiance:

✨Priscilla is a graduate of Makami college and has been practicing the art of massage since 2015. Her back ground of personal training and biomechanics assists her in treatment of dysfunctional movements patterns.

✨Priscilla believes if your body is not moving optimally, you’re at higher risk for future injuries, and stress related symptoms; therefore she promotes her massage as a form of fascial or muscular release and stress release. Treatment of broad strokes paired with neurological calming, or at times stimulating modalities are typically how Priscilla’s treatments fair.

✨Priscilla has worked collaboratively with Physiotherapists and Chiropractors throughout her career.

✨Priscilla’s history of treatments include: Motor vehicle accident treatment, sports related injuries, chronic and acute pain treatments, migraines, TMJ, Pre/Post natal, Plantar Fasciitis, Golfer/Tennis elbow, general massage including limited range of motion issues. Recently Priscilla had also become a certified Oncology therapist.

✨Priscilla modalities include:
RAPID NFR, Manual therapy, Myofascial release, Deep tissue, Hot stone, Scalp/ Feet/ Face specialist, Swedish relaxation, Cupping, Cyriax friction.

✨Although, All treatments are subject to the individual’s needs; as a side note pain inflicted during a treatment is not always necessary. A body’s Limbic response tends to dictate the treatment requirement

✨Priscilla looks forward in assisting you on your wellness journey to an optimal, pain free life.

✨Reflexology is a complementary therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet. These points correspond to different organs and systems in the body, aiming to promote relaxation and well-being.
✨This type of massage stimulates blood flow and moves energy through out the body.
✨By incorporating Reiki we can take this healing to a new level by focusing on aligning the Chakra, finding harmony and balance in the body, mind and spirit🤍
