Meet Emily Marquez

ECO Lash Lift’s First U.S. Trainer

With 24 years in the beauty industry, Emily brings much more than lash lift technique to her students.

From opening her first beauty business in her early twenties in Newport Beach, to working with high-end and celebrity clientele in Malibu, to working and training internationally in Bali—Emily has built a career around mastering her craft and continually evolving as an artist.

Now, as ECO Lash Lift’s first trainer in the United States, she brings those 24 years of experience directly to the artists she trains.

Her philosophy? Don’t just learn the steps. Learn the WHY.

Emily teaches her students to understand the lashes, eye shape, product chemistry, processing, shield selection, customization, and troubleshooting behind every beautiful result—while developing the confidence to think like an experienced lash artist.

And the education doesn’t stop at technique. Students also benefit from Emily’s real-world business experience, including pricing, attracting and retaining clients, creating a luxury experience, and building a beauty business designed to last.

Eco Training is getting an upgrade.

As educators, we’re always looking at how we can make our training stronger, more comprehensive and give our artists even more support as they step into offering these treatments.

Our Eco Lash Lift and Brow Lamination Training is evolving.

We’re extending our training time to allow for more hands on education and support, expanding our online resources, adding further education around eye health and introducing updated protocols alongside an upgraded, higher value kit.

Our goal is simple: we want every artist leaving our training with more than a certificate.

We want you to understand the system, the science behind what you’re doing, how to make intentional treatment decisions and feel prepared to execute beautiful, healthy results when you’re back behind the chair on your own.

As the training continues to evolve, the investment will evolve with it to reflect the additional education, resources, time and value being added.
