She said "I'm ready to stop hiding it..."

Months of fighting a harsh line every three weeks, and now? Her greys are part of the design instead of the problem.

Grey blending doesn't cover your natural colour. It weaves lighter tones around it so regrowth softens instead of announcing itself. Same beautiful hair, way less panic when you look in the mirror on week five.

Swipe to see the transition.

Everyone wants to know how long it actually takes...

Here's the honest answer.

Every appointment along the way is one step closer to your end goal of going longer between appointments. We remove more of the harsh lines and warmth each time.

Swipe through the timeline and you'll see what I mean. ☺️

✨️And life just got a whole lot easier ✨️

But don't get me wrong...

Low maintenance doesn't mean low effort. It means the effort happens once, in the chair.

Grey blending works around your natural grey instead of painting over them, so there's no hard line to grow out. Week eight looks like week two with softer roots. Nothing to hide, nothing to panic about.

You're not lowering your standards. You're just done letting your hair colour run your calendar.

Here's the thing: the skunk line isn't your hair's fault.

It's a math problem.

Solid coverage + growing roots = a hard line, every single time.

There's no product, part or prayer that fixes that.

Grey blending changes the equation. Instead of one flat colour meeting your natural hair at a border, we weave lighter pieces through so your grey has somewhere to land. No border, no stripe, nothing to chase.

Retire the skunk line. It's had a long enough run. 😉

This is what "growing it out" can actually look like.

Most people picture a stripe down the middle of their head for a year. It doesn't have to be that. When we blend instead of cover, your natural silver gets to arrive gradually, on your timeline, with zero awkward phase.

She's officially in the low maintenance club now. 🩶

Hi, Im Keri! 👋🏻🤍

I've probably changed a bit since you hit follow so I wanted to take a minute to re-intro myself.

I specialize in grey blending for women who want colour that grows out beautifully and feels effortless in real life. Not colour that owns your calendar. My whole goal is that you spend less time worrying about your regrowth and more time actually enjoying your days.

A few things about me outside the chair: I'm newly engaged, a proud step mom to two great kids, and we just bought our first home together. My mornings are a black americano, a bit of education, a walk along the river and a quick gym session before a full day of blending.

I'm outnumbered at home by two very sweet and slightly mischievous cats named Pip and Gus Gus, and I have three nieces in Vancouver I fly out to see for every single birthday.

Once a month I try a new restaurant with three friends I met when I first opened my business at Citizen Salon Studios. That community is still a huge part of my life, and it's where my studio suite lives today. I designed the space to feel calm, welcoming and comfortable, because your appointment should feel like a break, not a chore.

If you're new here, welcome. If you've been here a while, thank you. Either way, I'd love to meet you.

xx Keri

Let's clear up a few things about grey blending.

No, it doesn't mean going blonde. No, you don't need a certain amount of grey to start. And no, it isn't a one way door to silver. You can shift the plan at any appointment.

Swipe through for the rest of the myths I hear weekly.

If one of these has been holding you back, this is your sign.

This is just the beginning of Kim’s transformation.

While we still have more appointments ahead to refine the tone as it grows, we’ve gotten her to a point where the demarcation line is softened and there’s no more orange in the hair.

She spent so long growing it out and dealing with brass and harsh roots when there was a better way

+ No more regrowth
+ No more colouring
+ No more brassiness

Just beautiful, shiny hair and less salon visits.
