We are a co-operative based organization dedicated to bringing you yoga at a low cost. With the help of three professional yoga instructors and those who love to practice yoga, we are combining our expertise to bring you access to practice yoga while helping out your community. Class is happening today at lunch! It's only a small drizzle that might take place so, join Alanda today at 12:05pm by the bow river pathway between 8st and 3rd ave sw :)
