We did it! The CIBC Run for the Cure Calgary was extra special this year being in the Hope Tent for survivors and being able to share our love and hear first hand stories from so many extraordinary women. We gave hand massages and painted pinky nails 💅. The girls brought their bestie with them too. Super proud of them all for running/walking their first 5k! 💗 🎀

What a beautiful night at Purses & Persecco!! Thank you to Made by Momma for having me in their VIP room to treat them to hand massages. I loved hearing every story and how these women are making such an impact in the world. It was an honour to be part of this special evening.

Thank you to Esse Canada and Beauty Depot Calgary for their donations. I’m grateful to be aligned with companies who understand the greater good and never waiver from their integrity. And thank you to my man Nick Khemera for supporting me in an evening that meant so much.

Every dollar raised at this event goes to helping a mom get thru a day she thought she couldn’t. Whether it’s thru homemade meals in the NICU, homemade meals delivered to her doorstep, diapers, formula, high chairs, clothing, everything she needs to just get a minute to breathe. This means the world. Keep going Mommas! You got this!!

On October 4, I’ll be taking part in the CIBC Run for the Cure because breast cancer has touched far too many lives.

I’m walking for the women who are currently fighting.
For the women who have heard the words, “You have cancer.”
For the survivors who have fought their way through treatment.
For the families standing beside them.
And for the beautiful people we’ve lost who should still be here. 💗

As an esthetician trained in oncology esthetics, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. It has changed the way I see beauty, strength and what it truly means to care for someone.

Every donation, no matter the size, helps move us closer to better treatments, better support and, ultimately, a future where fewer families have to hear those devastating words.
