September is my favourite month of the year. Everything resets, the seasons change, life gets back into a routine, the temperatures cool down. Oh, and it’s my birthday month!
This year I’ve put together a few of my favourite skincare combos. All meant to give you glowing results heading into this season of change.
My favourite combo is the “Birthday Glow Duo”. Double stimulation for your collagen and elastin, helping build firmer, smoother, and plumper skin!

What happens after your session? How do we make sure you leave feeling comfortable and confident?
We advise you to avoid any direct sunlight, hot tubs, saunas or excessive sweaty workouts. Adding any more heat under your skin can lead to a burn or uncomfortable itchiness. After 24 hours you’re good to resume your normal activities.
***Very important! You still have to wear your SPF! I will be asking at every appointment
My vacation beauty routine: do all the work BEFORE vacation so I can do absolutely nothing on vacation. 😂
6 weeks before → Microneedling
1 week before → Chemical peel
1 day before → Dermaplaning + lash lift
And then, because packing for a big trip is a lot… I got a pimple.

If your skin is looking a little more “lived in” after summer, you’re not alone. A little extra pigment, dehydration, congestion, or dullness is pretty normal after months of sun, heat, travel, patios, and just…summer.
For now keep the SPF on, keep your routine simple, and enjoy the last week of summer!

The answer is, kind of but not really. It’s very tolerable, and very quick! Any pain is gone in a second. And if you are still uncomfortable I have many options to keep you comfortable during your session.
I like to tell my clients, if you can wax, you can laser. It’s nowhere near as painful as waxing.
