Some of the ways you can support your skin include cleansing gently using a damp cloth, double cleanse at night, make sure you're keeping your skin hydrated inside and out, wear your sunscreen every day but don't forget to take it off. At the end of the day, It is about consistency.

Cleansers! Aren’t they supposed to help? Yes, but how?
A lot of people are still confused and the reality is that we have lots to choose from. Between gels, foams and everything else, I can totally see how one can get confused.
To me, a very important step in a skincare regimen is double cleansing.

Skin is honestly complex and this is one of the reasons I love working with it so much.
In the first photo, my client came with a compromised skin barrier, irritation and inflammation. While this is the beginning of her journey, I always explain that professional treatments are important but results also come from the way you treat your skin overall, at home included.
Skincare is teamwork.
My goal is never to “fix” skin overnight but to support, strengthen and to restore it properly over time.
