I personally had a negative experience with Olaplex. I had severe damage which ultimately lead to me having to cut my long hair off into a bob (which I’m loving btw.) Because of so many complaints and lawsuits, I will no longer support this product line, sell it nor do any chemical services on anyone currently using it. This company has completely lost my trust.
