Did you know that towels only give 5-10 SPF when it comes to using it as ‘sun protection’

Inside and outside; towels are not meant to protect your skin from sun & UV rays. Even if you have a thick towel, the fabric and stitching during production does not add any UV protection, for your skin or your eyes.

Eyewear is mandatory in tanning beds to properly protect your eyes & eye health from the UV while tanning. If you forget your eye wear; let the front desk staff know and we can provide you with disposable eyewear. A towel does NOT protect your eyes from the UV damage that is possible without eye protection.

If using a towel to cover your face, be aware of the very low SPF and that the UV can still pe*****te the towel. Since your face does not make contact with the tanning bed acrylics, you are allowed sunscreen on your face for extra sun coverage if you feel you need it

Join us this year in supporting Food4Kids Waterloo Region.
From April 1-June 26, 2026 Food4Kids Waterloo Region is collecting Peanut Butter jars. This protein filled food is to be added to food boxes delivered directly to children in the program.

Fabutan St.Andrews will be collecting donations of peanut butter until June 20, and dropping off at the Food4kids waterloo drop off centre to ensure the children in our community are cared for and fed all summer long.

All peanut butter donations are greatly appreciated. Thank you to our amazing family of customers who love supporting this community with us!
