Revive Massage Therapy

Many of you already know Poli from her friendly face at our front desk, and we’re so excited to share that she’s officially joining our team as a Registered Massage Therapist!

Poli has been a valued part of the Revive family, welcoming clients with her warmth and kindness. Now, she’s bringing that same caring approach into the treatment room.

Poli is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She graduated with Distinction from triOS College in 2026.

She is passionate about holistic health and helping clients reduce pain, relieve stress, and restore balance to the body. She believes in creating personalized treatment plans that support each client’s individual goals while promoting long-term health and wellness.

Using a combination of Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, and myofascial release, Poli tailors every treatment to meet her clients’ unique needs. With a strong background in aromatherapy, she also appreciates the connection between the nervous system and overall well-being.

Committed to lifelong learning, Poli plans to continue expanding her skills through training in cupping therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, and other evidence-informed techniques.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time outdoors, living a healthy and active lifestyle, and making memories with her two children and friends.

Exciting News at Revive Massage Therapy!

Many of you already know Ella Bird as one of the friendly faces who has welcomed you at our front desk. We are so excited to share that Ella has now joined our treatment team and is officially seeing clients as a Registered Massage Therapist.

Ella graduated with Distinction from triOSCollege in January 2026 and is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

She strives to create a welcoming and relaxing space where you can feel comfortable and at ease. Ella provides therapeutic Swedish massage using moderate pressure, tailoring each treatment to meet your individual needs and comfort level.

As a new RMT, Ella looks forward to continuing to learn and gain experience in her practice. She is committed to ongoing education so she can add to her skills and offer the best care possible to her clients.

She looks forward to serving your relaxation massage needs.

Revive bowling night 🎳

Sarah is a recent graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Conestoga College, where she earned her diploma with distinction. She is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

Sarah’s approach to massage therapy is holistic and client-centered. She takes the time to tailor each treatment to meet the unique needs of her clients, using a variety of techniques including relaxation massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and deep tissue work.

She is particularly passionate about supporting clients of all ages in achieving their health and wellness goals. Sarah has a special interest in treating lower body conditions, focusing on areas such as the feet, ankles, knees, hips, and lower back. Her goal is not only to address immediate concerns but also to educate clients on long-term self-care strategies to support their ongoing well-being.

Dedicated to learning, Sarah plans to expand her skills by pursuing further education in natural healing modalities such as aromatherapy, acupuncture, hot stone therapy, and cupping.

Outside of her practice, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, swimming, and living an active, healthy lifestyle. She is thrilled to begin her journey with Revive, and looks forward to building meaningful therapeutic relationships with her clients.
