I stopped using a timer for my lifts 2 years ago because it wasn’t giving me consistent results.⏳
Once I started paying attention to what was actually happening to the lashes, everything changed.
I still like to use different products and go through the same steps. The technique doesn’t change.
Now it turns out like this every time, no matter what I’m using.
There’s a lot of focus on shields, but that’s only half of the lift equation. If you don’t understand the lashes, shields won’t save the lift.

For a long time this was the moment I dreaded.
