The holidays are full of all of our favorite foods and beverages!!!! If you're anything like me I was 100% ready this year to embrace ALL of it!!! YUP! Food, drink, hugs .... especially HUGS, lazing about in jammies allll day long and just feeling the satisfaction of being okay with what ever came my way. COVID certainly taught us that it's ok to diverge from traditions. We've adapted as need be and we survived. Thankful for the people in my life that I was able to connect with and for those I was not, they were in my heart and on my mind.
The week between Christmas and New Years is a perfect time to press that re-set button. Whose ready to shake off those extra holiday pounds and face the new year with purpose?!?
Super excited to be relaunching my Arbonne business at this time of the year!!! It's the perfect time to reach out and share the 30 Days to Healthy Living program with you. Starting January 9th!!!

Where does the time go???
If you've read my post, Serena Hubercheck and The Art of You December 19th, then you'll have some idea as to my social media absence this past year. Absence in general from pretty much most things in life. A time out if you will.

February 2019 was the last time I posted anything on my Arbonne; Discover Yourself business page! Just like an old friend, this account sat patiently waiting for the moment I was strong enough to say hello once again.
September 2016 was my first introduction to this health and lifestyle business. It introduced me to , , , , , , and . It gave me a sense of and a place to grow through all that I was experiencing. I've missed this community and I have missed using the products.
I look forward to utilizing the recent knowledge I've obtained from my Health and Lifestyle Coaching certification and stepping back into this business. In future I will be posting opportunities for you to experience improved health and wellbeing. I hope that you will find value in what I will be sharing with you.
