This is how we do March Break 💕 such a great morning with this amazing young lady

Last year around this time I hosted a Yoga and Meditation retreat at the beautiful Wisdom Gardens just north of Newmarket. It was a huge success! We gathered, ate amazing vegetarian meals, slept in an amazing home with indoor pool and hot tub and gathered in a sacred space to explore ourselves, guided with gentle movement and journey meditation 🧘‍♀️ we even did crafting of spell jars and an amazing surrendering cocao circle. There were so many highlights. This year we are doing it again April 17-19 for $725 inclusive! Will you invest in yourself this year and join us!?!
