Your hair appointments are very important to me, it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancelations. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive my services. I do not give confirmation phone calls before hand, it is up to you to remember you appointments, with that being said if you need to confirm and appointment date and time you can call, text, or email me and I will be happy to confirm your appointment! less then 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount, and will need to be paid at your next service date along side your service itself.
