This circuit-style class combines functional strength exercises, bodyweight movements, and resistance training in a set series of stations. Expect exercises such as squats, lunges, push-ups, rows, and core work for a well balanced routine.

Participants rotate through each station for a specific amount of sets and reps before moving to the next station. Ideal for those who have a general understanding of exercise and no significant injuries or limitations.
