The Onyx Rose

Happy Saturday everyone!!

I haven’t made a post in some time, I figured I would reach out and touch base with all of my clients, have a little reconnect and over all update!

I have cut down online booking appointment times for day availability as some of you know I have another job that I am busy with. Kids and sports all piled on as we all know the hamster wheel of mom life!

With the cost of living and the rising price of literally everything… my industry feels it deeply, as we are a luxury service that is usually first cut/pulled back on from budgets when times are tough.

With that being said, I also have to do what I need to do to make my ends meet and keep my tank and fridge full for my kids.

That decision was me filling my day with a consistent work schedule and a consistent paying position, which I love! Who knew busy bee Ashley would settle and love office work! 🤭 a very busy position in a completely different way was exactly what I needed.

Doing something for so long you can fall into doing it with your eyes closed. The new was a good reminder my brain is still in there and I am very capable of doing anything I want too! 🤭💛 Iykyk

I am not far away as I always say, so if you have a time you are wanting that is not open for booking online please text or DM me for your appointment. I have the flexibility to come open the shop during the day for you. Upon request.

I hope everyone has a great summer and gets to spend alot of time with all the ones you love. 💗

There was a post on an esthetics page today I seen in regards to whether or not moms should be allowed to bring their children into your shop/treatment room.

I don’t usually comment on pages, I read and collect new information and see different opinions and ways of doing things..silently, but today I decided to comment!

The Onyx Rose is and always will be kid and family friendly!

Iv been a single mom in my day- more than once, and it’s not always the most friendly and loving experience to have to live threw, while monitoring money, spending, feeding and clothing your children, sports, loneliness, and constant judgement.

I’d like to share my response to this topic of conversation to show my full and utter support for all women in any situation, you are and always will be welcome in my shop!

Much Love,
Ashley
