Obi Yoga and Massage Carleton Place

I have been teaching yoga and fitness since 2001 after graduating from the Loyalist College program in Fitness & Health Promotion and receiving my Personal Training certification. I have had a wonderful career working in the fitness and health industry and have focused my studies on the practice of yoga and holistic living. I am a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and have studied at The Lotus Palm School in Montreal for Thai Yoga Massage. I have a strong passion for people and travel. I live simply, laugh often, and believe in the wisdom of Dr. Seuss: "You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose." Over the years I have learned that there is no one-way for gaining balance in our lives; it comes so naturally for some, while others find it a constant struggle. For over a decade I have worked with clients who are searching for this balance and found that a combination of effort, passion and commitment almost always lead to success. In my routine to maintain balance, I find it helpful to keep a variety of "tools in the toolbox"; my hope is that Obi Yoga & Massage will be one of the tools you reach for to help bring balance to your life.
