CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cannot make it to your appointment we ask that you provide a MINIMUM 24 hour notice. We at Tangled respect your schedule and work around it , in return we ask that all of our clients respect the stylists time as well . If we do not receive 24 hour notice of cancellation you will be billed 20% of the service you missed on the next service you book with us . If you miss THREE appointments consecutively without notice we will no longer be able take you on as a client .
