This beautiful batch is fresh suet from local grass-fed beef before it’s rendered — and yes… getting fresh suet like this is exciting for us!

Suet is naturally rich in beneficial fats and vitamins A, D, E, and K, which is one reason tallow has been used in traditional skincare for generations.

We slowly render it through a long, careful purification process before it ever becomes a Vintage Cow product.

And since winter seems to be here to stay, we’re busy rendering fresh suet to keep up with nourishing dry winter skin. ❄️
