First, we would like to thank everyone for supporting the Beach Shack and Opal Dawn Holistic within the No Frills Plaza.

We received shocking news this morning on May 9th by the property manager of the plaza that the Beach Shack's month-to-month lease has been terminated due to an exceedingly large rent increase and we must vacate the premises by June 1st.

We are still in a bit of shock and are trying to manage the situation to the best of our capabilities.

I have been in this location for 11 years and am either looking at moving to a new location which can house up to 4 beds, or may possibly need to sell and then start fresh once a new location is found.

I will do my best to keep you informed and up to date on the situation. Regarding all minutes and packages I understand this is a very last minute transition however I appreciate your understanding and I encourage all minutes to be utilized prior to June 1st as I will not be able to permit any refunds.
Should I be able to secure a new location I can transfer any remaining minutes however I cannot provide any guarantees at this time.
