A radiant client and incredible RN brought me this peony today, and it made me pause for a moment.
One of the unexpected lessons of building a business is realizing that you can’t be everything to everyone.
The longer I’ve been in practice, the more intentional I’ve become about the experience I create, the treatments I offer, and the way I care for people. Not because I’m trying to attract everyone, but because I’m trying to serve the right people exceptionally well.
What I’ve learned is that when you stop trying to appeal to everyone and start showing up authentically, the people who value what you do have a way of finding you.
I’m incredibly grateful for the clients who trust me, support this little business, and allow me to do work I genuinely love every day.
And sometimes, they show up with flowers💗

A lot can change in a week.
A week ago, I watched my beautiful cousin marry the love of her life. There’s something about weddings that always gets me—the chaotic build-up leading to a beautiful moment of calm and certainty.
Getting away from work and my routine isn’t always easy for me, but this trip was pretty divine. Filling my cup with family, dear friends, and time spent in a completely different part of the world was exactly the medicine I didn’t know I needed.
I’m coming home feeling grateful, refreshed, and reminded that life has a funny way of surprising you when you least expect it💗
This came up overnight (very classic luteal phase timing), and instead of over-treating, I kept it simple:
– AlumierMD Purifying Gel Cleanser
– AlumierMD MicroDerm Polish
– AlumierMD Retinol Resurfacing Serum 0.5
By this morning, it was already calmer.
Calm enough that I didn’t need any makeup to camouflage it☺️
Skin doesn’t need perfection, it needs strategy.
Tell me if this works for you too
Everyone has their coping mechanisms.
Mine just happen to smooth things over😉
My aesthetic, for myself and my clients, is movement with minimal lines.
A little control in the right places goes a long way.
Dysport works by relaxing targeted muscles to soften expression lines—subtle, controlled, and designed to still look like you.
Sculptra is one of my favourite treatments for natural, long-term collagen stimulation—but like anything in medicine, technique matters.
Nodules don’t just “happen.”
They’re usually the result of:
• product placement
• dilution
• injection technique
• or aftercare (yes, your part matters too)
This is why choosing an experienced injector isn’t optional with biostimulators—it’s essential.
When done properly, Sculptra can give some of the most beautiful, subtle, and long-lasting results.
When done poorly… it’s a very different story.
I’ll always prioritise safety, education, and conservative results in my practice—because your face deserves that level of care.
If you’re considering Sculptra and want to understand if it’s right for you, I’m always happy to guide you.
