Just a quick note regarding Saturdays. I will be opening up the odd Saturday here and there. I wont be there every Saturday so just take a look at the website to see what is available. For those that like to book their appointments for every X amount of weeks, the Saturday won’t work for you as they are not a guaranteed day I’ll be there. They will open up on the site when I am able to but with Ang’s busy season ramping up, I will only be able to do so many. I ride bikes and I’m the very best doggy daddy. You can make money, but you can’t make time.

We’ve been looking for ways to save where we can for a few months now. Canceling subscriptions, letting go of a landline etc. This pic ✖️7 is slightly more than my Quick Cut. Your money stays here, directly feeds my dogs, and pays my bills. I am the mother ship. No big franchises keeps me going during the lighter days, no other staff making me the scratch. G’day, It’s a big one.
Simply due to my operational costs, as well as the volume of people who enjoy what it is I do now waiting sometimes 3 weeks I had to raise my prices. Neither the choice products, website, or the square footage I work out of are free.. On top of that I’m am reliable and consistent and skilled. I’m only now catching up..I’ve been extremely generous.. I like being a nice but the really smart guys I get to associate with encourage me to remain nice but put on the not so nice hat when it comes to the business.. I dislike that part.. I’m really sorry if this affects anyone, but it also affects me very much.. As I said before, I can make more money elsewhere.. My 1 hour time slot has always been under priced but it’s enjoyable and that’s worth it to me.. My beard trim is spendy but I’m bearded barber.. When it was $25.00 I barely did a haircut.. Big shops can do it cheaper.. You may not get balm, or butters every time but some people don’t even want that stuff.. I always wear gloves as well. ( also not included in my rent ) My quick cut is great value.. it’s not a particular cut, whoever went down the street squawking that just stay in your lane.. I fade in that window alllllll day 🙄 i need more time for skin fades and as you can see, by design I have that option… .. I’ve taken heat from my spendy numbers guy about the numbers.. I’m only costing myself money…I’m a super nice guy but not the cheap guy is all.. I can’t be.. If I didn’t have a website, insurance, supplies, I could do it for less but wouldn’t simply because I don’t gel well with the let’s say more frugal type or the gent always looking for the deal.. .. If I win the lottery I’ll be here serving “my customers”who kept this thing a float for free.. Hold me to it, I feel good about this weeks numbers 🤞🏻As always encourage shopping around if you feel I’m outrageous with my prices.. I’ve made a mistake or two, misunderstood in my practice for sure, I will again. I’m human..If someone wants to hold that against me go right ahead. I’ve learned if they come in here chirping their old barber they will do the same to me when they leave. Go for it 👋Some people were unaware of my hike, some don’t even look. I didn’t do an official social post I guess ? but I still haven’t had a grand opening.. So this IS the post.. The price has increased to what is fair value for my 1/2 hour and really good value for my one hour… I hope you understand. If it affects you I am sorry.. I can’t eat at Simms because I can’t afford to. I won’t go there hoping we can trim the fat and maybe sharpen the pencil.. It’s simply dollars and cents.. I don’t need or expect anything more than my price 🙂

There is no cancellation list simply because the customer cancels their own appointment and it will then become available on the website.. BB’s model works well for people who are savvy to book and like to know when they are sitting down in the chair..Not so well for the day of type..
When the customer is actually accountable for their own appointments it takes the back and for out of what is a very easy process. I appreciate people getting on board with the process.. I also equally appreciate the guys who say this simply doesn’t work for me. I’d rather that then breaking my own rules every month.. The work I have daily is all I can handle with or without a sore shoulder..
