CANCELLATION: ALL Appointments cancelled with Less than 24 hour notice or complete "No-Show/No-Call" will require a non-refundable deposit to rebook. Deposit amount will be 50% of service fee. (If appt. is kept, it will come off the service total)

COOL STUFF: I offer snacks, water and music of your preference. (Coffee maker coming soon!) Just let me know your choice of tunes, and it'll be playing for you! GUESTS: I have a small place...so only 1 other guest is allowed with the primary guest. I have a lot of shiny, breakable stuff, potent chemicals, and spill-able powders, so NO UN-Supervised kids. Unless your little one is getting a service, this is not the place to play. SERVICES: I reserve the right to refuse service. Please arrive with clean hands and nails. Please be aware that everyone is different, if you have allergies etc., let me know! If you have "problem nails" tell me, we'll fix the issue together. If you have current nails on let me know. Please send a pic for inspiration, to show me what you are looking for so I can quote appropriately, if you change the design, please expect a potential change in price as well. Length, design and bling all play a part in price, so tell me first and you get no surprises! I am not an "In & Out" salon...prepare for some time, especially if you choose a complex design. I do it right. I take my time. I use your file on ONLY YOU...safety, health and proper technique is more important to me. Depending on YOUR nail health and sensitivity, it can take longer, I try not to cause undo pain or cuts. That can lead to infection...nay-nay I say. Clean, sanitized ceramic/stainless/carbide tools, single use files and sanitation up the w***o. I offer many options...not just the standard, ask about other ways to get enhancements without standard "old school" techniques. I do NOT provide "enhancements" to under 16 unless for prosthetic purposes. Kids' nails are very delicate and should not undergo such treatments, however I do gel polish, polish and cool nail art for kids. Basic and pedis, ya know, the good stuff that won't hurt their nails! PAYMENT: Payment is due upon completion of services. Debit-Credit Card, E-Transfer or Cash are all accepted. I will provide a quote, to ensure you have your service fees, for the day of your appointment. I do NOT offer "credit" or "delayed payment" for services. Payment must be rendered Immediately upon completion of services-the day of service, or your appointment(s) will be forfeited immediately and deposit required to rebook. You wouldn't go to Walmart and expect to pay a few days from now would you? Exactly. MANNERS: I will not accept abuse or rudeness. EVER. Please don't press me.
