He started his shop in 1973 and continues to work today. He taught me, Rhonda, 30+yrs ago and I took over the shop in 2018. Great cuts, affordable prices, and exceptional service is what we strive on. Our loyal clients are the reason behind our reputation and success. In case you haven't seen or read the news regarding government's proposal of regulating all beauty providers, including barbershops, I feel it's necessary to clarify Ray's Place Barber On Kent has been a long standing member with PEIHDA. In fact, for over 40 years. It may not mean much to you, but it means a lot to me. I pay yearly dues, and in return, my shop is inspected regularly (GOLD STAR ⭐️).
Thank you PEIHDA for your continued hard work on this important issue. It needed to be changed!!
