I would like to remind everyone that missed appointments and last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on my business. When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you. If you do not show up or cancel without sufficient notice, I am often unable to fill that spot, resulting in lost income as well as wasted time.

As a self-employed hairstylist, my livelihood depends on the appointments I book. Repeated missed appointments can feel disrespectful and inconsiderate of both my time and my profession.

Effective immediately, any client with a missed appointment balance will be required to pay for the missed appointment before a new appointment can be scheduled. Once payment has been received, I will be happy to help you find another time that works.

Thank you to all of my wonderful clients who respect my time and support my business. Your consideration is truly appreciated.

I will be off from November 7-15! I have a few openings left the 1st week of November!
